Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

1777dat may suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Failing to cooperate with identity verification.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
